Veritas is a licenced securities dealer and corporate advisory business. In 2007, they commissioned the design and development of a new website to enhance company credibility. They needed to improve the user experience and enable visitors to more readily find the information they needed.

What we did...

• Stakeholder meetings to identify goals of site.
• Develop audience profiles, usage scenarios, task analysis and gap analysis.
• Develop visual designs through sketches, storyboards and wireframes.
• Conceive a user-centric Information Architecture (IA).
• User test designs, then develop the website.
• Usability testing on developed site.
