M5 East Motorway

With some 100,000 drivers using the M5 East Motorway each day, the RTA needed a motorway website to provide motorists with up-to-the-minute information about road works and closures, details on the motorway's structure and signage, air quality reports, maps, safety information, FAQs and links to Live Traffic Reports. They also needed a friendly and reliable way for motorists to submit feedback.

What we did...

• Task analysis, user profiling, persona development, card sorting and user testing.
• Design, development and hosting of a professional new website that provides visitors with a much friendlier, efficient and effective user experience.
• Customised content management system (CMS) to enable RTA staff to quickly and easily update the site's content.
