Global Pharmaceuticals firm, Bristol-Myers Squibb, required a customised web application to streamline the process of ordering, supplying and administering infusion drugs. The system would be used by specialists, pharmacists, nurses, administrators and patients, so it needed to seamlessly bring together multiple workflows (many of which are legally regulated). It needed automatic, real-time notifications and alerts, a fast, simple user interface, and comprehensive, multi-layered security.

• Needs analysis of both specialist and patient users.
• Concept development and storyboarding.
• Usability testing of visual design and information architecture (IA) with target audience.
• Development and hosting of custom web applications, including automatic, event-triggered notifications via email & SMS, secure admin system with multiple access levels, and patient portal.
