Involvement
Copticom designed, architected and developed the web-based application tool. The application is database driven, enabling authorised staff members to manage clients easily.

How we did it

• Liaise with client to understand site objectives and requirements.
• User interviews to profile users and validate requirements.
• Design site, taking into consideration user objective and functionality.
• Code development & user testing to ensure site is “user-friendly”.
• Implementation and Go-Live.
