Copticom designed, architected and development the website. The site is a highly sophisticated database driven application. Through it's ease of use, Doctors & Coordinators can access the system to carry out a variety of tasks.

• Liaise with client to understand site objectives and requirements.
• User interviews to profile users and validate requirements.
• Design site, taking into consideration user objective and functionality.
• Code development & user testing to ensure site is “user-friendly”.
• Implementation and Go-Live.
