Copticom is a leading web design and development firm, with offices in Sydney, Australia. And we're a little obsessed with usability.

That obsession started back in 2000. Back then, the Web, as we know it today, was really only just emerging, and it was abundantly clear that it wasn't very user-friendly. So we set about remedying that situation.

Our mission? To create websites (and intranets and applications) that are easy to use and goal-oriented, not just pretty. Websites that actually help users achieve their goals and actively step them closer to performing your call to action.

Over the past decade, we've successfully done exactly that for many, many clients . We've designed and developed user-centred web solutions for the likes of Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, the RTA, Roche and Lilly. Solutions that deliver tangible, measurable results. (And, of course, we've done the same for a range of forward-thinking small to medium businesses.)
